John and Sammy are amazing hosts, the beds were comfortable and the road was so quiet I slept like a log, the location is great with access to all public transport. The breakfast is to delicious hats off to Sammy slaving away in the kitchen, and the service was impeccable thank you John. Could wish for a better budget break away and I will definitely be returning and recommending all my friends and family
We stopped here last weekend been here a few times and John and Sammi couldn't do enough for us,very welcoming. Rooms was clean and comfortable had our own balcony which was a bonus. Breakfast was lovely couldn't fault it,will definitely be back again soon
What an absolute pleasure to stay at The Salendine with our lovely host John. The property may be a little out of date with the decor but it is clean & quirky! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. But the main draw is John who was the loveliest man & the most welcoming & kind host. We enjoyed staying with him so much we have rebooked for November. Thankyou John & see you soon xx

I couldnt fault this stay from start to finish we arrived early. Check in was honoured. Hosts were welcoming and very friendly. Location of the BnB was great not to far away from local attractions. Breakfast set us up for the day. Thankyou thankyou thankyou so much look forward for next time x
Lovely hotel in a great location! We had a balcony room with sea view. Clean and very homely. John and Sammy are amazing hosts. Such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and happy to chat. Breakfast was beautiful and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay there. Amazing value
Family run BnB close to central pier. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of cereal choice and extensive cooked food menu. Choice of coffees or tea and juice. Good quality bacon and sausages and food cooked perfectly including poached egg. Thick white bread toast butter and marmalade YUM! The shower head could do with a bit of TLC the water was spraying in all directions
The host was incredibly friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in. Our stay was very comfortable and clean. The building is old and as to be expected, the rooms can be quite small but this is reflected in the price! The stay also included breakfast in the morning which was delicious and all very fresh! The host who is an older gentleman, is incredibly hard working, nothing was ever too much trouble! It's immediately apparent that the owner genuinely cares about your stay being pleasant!
